Hey, a small question, I've been playing on the PTR, but I have absolutely none of my addons. I was wondering if at that place's a way to install addons onto the PTR client, and if then, I'd like to know how, exactly. I don't want to go in and attempt installing something but to spiral upward the files and have to fix it.

Put your interface and WTF folder into your world of warcraft PRT folder.

Same way you install them into live: copy the addon folders into the PTR'south Interface>Addons binder.

Merely brand sure you have "load out of date addons" option checked in addons list on graphic symbol pick screen. Some addons probably won't work well though.

one. Copy yor Interface/Addons and your WTF/ACCOUNTNAME/REALMNAME/CHARNAME folder to the respective folders in the PTR folder.
two. Enter the game and bank check "load out of appointment addons".
iii. Bank check if you tin enter the game. If not, disable the addons you don't demand that much, and effort once more.
iv. If you notwithstanding can't enter the game, check on wowace.com and wowinterface.com whether in that location are PTR/beta versions of those addons.
five. Update the addons.
6. Nevertheless can't enter? Disable addons one by i after you find out which ones don't work.
7. Entered the game but addons are screwed up? Well, reconfigure them. I had some trouble adjusting the size of my frames, it seems similar the scale values in Cata/PTR differ from the live ones.

I can confirm that Omen, Recount, Bartender, Pitbull, ChronoBars, SexyMap, kgPanels, OmniCC, MSBT, Bagnon, MagicRunes, TidyPlates+Threat Plates and WakeSpams either work without updating or have beta versions that do work on the PTR.
